Cloud Driven (Google Drive)
One of its best cloud-based features is collaborating among peers.

As many people as you want can be on the document at once editing, suggesting, and viewing the information simultaneously. You don’t have to be in the same room looking at one screen while interfacing. So you can work from anywhere, anytime.
Also, members can leave comments and suggestions in any document anywhere. If there’s a paper to write with your peers, one document can be your first draft, final draft, or anything in between. Any original ideas someone deleted can also be applied again. Click the history review chain under the File tab in the top left to refer to previous work.
- Documents (Google’s official name for this is ‘Docs’) or photos aren’t all you can see. You can make presentations (they call this ‘Slides’) or a spreadsheet (‘Sheets’). Share with people and grant them access to edit, suggest, or view content in order to work collaboratively on anything.
