Interview: Health Influencer—Mai Brit

Earlier this week, I interviewed my college friend Mai Brit, who is now a yoga teacher as well as an  Instagram influencer (account@healthyfoodiebliss.) Mai Brit started in Dubai as a yoga instructor. She is passionate about healthy food and traveling. So she started her healthy Instagram account two years ago to promote the healthy lifestyle. Later, she realized there are two kinds of demand from people: either people are craving for healthy restaurants or lack of the knowledge of healthy lifestyle. So she started to take food pictures each time when she visited a healthy restaurant and hashtagged trendy keywords. Surprisingly, people loved her posts. More and more people began to follow her. It is a rewarding time for her to receive comments from her audience to say:” This is exactly what I am looking for.” Mai has over 2519 followers on her page at this stage. Currently, she is relocated to Thailand. Her goal is to become an online food influencer as well as a world traveler. Wish her the best of luck <3
